When to upgrade:
- → Pay As You Go → Pro: Once you exceed ~20GB storage or ~20K plays/month, or need tracks over 15 minutes or files over 100 MB
- → Pro → Enterprise: At ~5TB+ storage or 6M+ plays/month, or for long-form content (over 30 min or 200 MB)
Large File Processing
Enterprise customers can process files larger than the included 200 MB limit.
Processing Cost
Charged only for files exceeding the included 200 MB limit. Processing is billed per 100 MB increment.
Included Credit
Enterprise plans include $500 of large file processing credit each month, enough to process approximately 1 TB of oversized files.
Example: Processing a 500 MB file costs $0.15 (3 × 100 MB increments above the 200 MB included limit). With the $500 monthly credit, you can process thousands of large files at no additional cost.
